Our Gas-over-oil Actuator is designed on the basic of our experience on Electric actuator and Electro hydraulic actuator, referring to international advanced actuator technology. It is mainly used in river crossing valve room, Station By-pass valve, Station Entrance/Exit Protection, Long distance pipeline, compressor load/unload protection, stand blowdown, emergency shutdown, line break protection, remote control, etc.

Separate Mounting Linear Electro-Hydraulic Actuator YK series is designed to install on some special location, users can control valve open/close from long distance away,it can also used for space limited application. The actuator feature is as same as standard electro hydarulic actuator. The distance between control box and valve can be designed according project requirement.

Quarter turn Electro-Hydraulic Actuator YKT series is installed on the automation of part turn valve, like ball valves and butterfly valves. Output torque 60Nm~120KNm(45ft-lbf to 88495ft-lbf) Fast response speed(5Hz), high control accuracy(＜0.1% of full stroke) Optional Function: Modulating I/O signal 4-20mA Explosion Proof(EexdIIBT4, ExdIICT4) Fieldbus System: Modbus, Profibus, etc.

The line break protection gas over oil actuator is designed on the basic of standard actuator, can close the pipe when any pipe leakage detected. Actuator has 3 group pressure sensor, provide higher reliability on detecting pipe pressure change and protection. Our actuator has passed explosion proof and SIL approval, are widely used in China, Russia, Pakistan and other countries.
